Yes, females of Sicarius species have spermathecae. The majority of all female spiders from both Mygalomorphae and Araneomorphae have this organ. The only picture I could find of the spermatheca of Sicarius terrosus is an illustration from the following publication which can be downloaded from the World Spider Catalog.
