Acctually their name are Dolomedes. And should be kept in a aquaterrarium set up.

Looks alot like D. tenebrosus. They don't seem to be as tied to semi-aquatic environments as other Dolemedes, as I often see them far from any water. I've kept these in cages similar to aboreal tarantula, as they seem to appreciate vertical climbing areas. They are more fun to watch in an aquatic set up, however.

Did you actually buy that at the shop, or did the owners just find it there? Very common around here, I've found more than a few in the bathroom here at the Nature Center!
