diseases that can effect cocroach health

I have three Madagascar hissing cockroaches and I'm new to keeping them. I was wondering if there are any diseases or illnesses that can affect their health?

Unsterlized leaves, bark or other materials collected outdoors can introduce mites and certain fungal pathogens to their enclosures, which can cause harm to the hissers, however I'm not aware of any bacterial diseases that affect them...
