Hi all

I was recently sold a Cyripagopus sp. 'blue', and asked for a female SA. Two weeks after arrival, turned out that she was a he on evidence following ultimate moult.

He's definitely MM, although being new to arachnids, I cannot be certain he's a cyriopagopus sp. (he looked like a typical C. sp. as a penultimate instar, but is smaller than the 9-10" I'd expect for C. sp. - are males smaller than females?)

Anyway, long story short, he's up for breeding once he's ready. I don't think he's spun a sperm web yet (he's only 3 days post-moult). I live in Sheffield in Yorkshire. I'd require payment in spiderlings if successful :)

Reply or pm me.

Will do, as soon as the little bugger climbs out of it's tree-bark home!

It was hanging around in the trees yesterday, but generally hidden by them, so photographing was difficult.

they can mature anywhere from 4" and up.
i think 6" males are pretty common
9" is a huge one of these i believe.
