38-40 °C, however it's a two-day heatwave.
I can almost guarantee you that it won´t be an issue for your tarantula and the night time temperatures should also be lower. It will be worse for you, so remember to drink enough water and stay out of the sun :)

Move the enclosure closer to the floor and use a fan to circulate air around.

Can C. cyaneopubescens survive at temperatures higher than 100-104 °F?
Si. Io ho avuto anche 40° in casa (Lombardia sud occidentale - umidità a go go) e mai nessun ragno/scolopendra/ecc è morto o quant'altro :pompous:

I've witnessed my girl go deeper into her enclosure on really hot days and it gets up to 35 40 celcius here. I leave a fan on and window open.

Fans cool by evaporation. If the enclosure is dry I don't really think it has any effect. I also think those guys are really tough. I should be ok.
