I'm looking to buy a Chinese praying mantis, and it seems they're mostly available at L2 or L3 stages. How big are chinese mantises at L3? Can i feed these nymphs dubia roaches, provided the roaches are still small (1/4 inches)? If so, how often should i feed the mantis? Also, how large should its enclosure be? I've heard advice range from a 32 ounce container to a 5 gallon tank. Thanks for any help in advance!

You're better off sticking with smaller flies and such. I don't offer crickets or roaches until they're larger.
