Looks male to me, I can't see a flap for sperm storage. It is a bit blurry though. Also there is a gallery section for sexing to use. You'll get more responses there.

I can't see any spermathecae in there... it's too blurry to see anything, though. Avicularia have long and thin spermathecae and not a very prominent flap. You need to find the spermathecae.

You wouldn't even if the spermathecae were clear as day, they're more sort of "bunny ear" shaped as opposed to the standard flap.
