At this size it is impossible to tell. It could be pretty much anything. Lasiodora, Brachypelma, Grammostola... You have to wait till it grows a gets some coloration.

Probably you could let the substrate dry out a bit. Most slings need moist substrate, but not super wet

I can see some lighter accents on the legs which could narrow the options down a bit. Other than that... No idea ;)

About all you can do is narrow it down to a new world terrestrial. Not a Grammostola. Looks like most Brachypelma, Aphonopelmas, Lasiodoras, and many others.
