Apologies if daft question, but Googling just brings up how to keep these for breeding, which I don’t want.

I’ve bought a pot of nymphs to feed my 1 sling and 1 Juvie T’s. Can they live in a fridge like mealworms or do they have to be housed as they do for breeding? If possible I’d like to keep them long enough to grow to about 1cm, they are currently approx 5mm.

Will they stop growing or even die in the fridge?

Better to be housed normally instead of going to the fridge. They can tolerate the cold a bit but for a set period of time the nymphs probably die off one at a time in cold temperatures. If you're wanting them to grow quicker "DON'T" put them in the fridge. They grow faster when warmer or hotter and not colder. So just feed them more often and keep the nymphs warm and they'll grow much quicker than if you was to put them in the fridge.
