Can anyone tell if my Hognose is a hypo or a normal?

    Shes 11 months old, and from what I know she was traded to me as "het albino with hypo traits"

    Can anyone tell for sure?

  2. IMO She looks like she might be hypo. With westerns some hognoses with the hypo gene doesnt look too different from a norm just lighter almost more of a red coloration. If you ever watch snake discovery on youtube she mentions this. She's beautiful btw! Hognose is next on our list. It's my daughter's favorite species.

    Looks like a normal to me. I have some really bright adults so it looks like a bright one to me.
    Try to find out more information about it from the seller...

    Hypo traits? I think they just wanted to boost the price. It has a tad less black than my normal.

    it was a hypo x albino pairing I think thats what he meant
