My B. albopilosum hasn't eaten in at least two months, she molted about a month ago but still hasn't eaten since then. I've been offering her superworms but she hasn't been going for them recently, even though she's eaten them in the past.
How concerned should I be?

As long as her abdomen is not shriveled and is plump she is fine. Tarantulas can go on very long fasts.

How big is your B. albo? With a sling I'd probably start worrying, not so with a juvenile or an adult. ;)

Do you have pictures of the enclosure and your spider?

Try a different food.Crickets,Dubias?...variety is the spice of life.
I have found that T,s can change after a molt sometimes, defensive ones
become chill, and the calm ones become defensive.
