Got hit good and hard by a gravid female on right pointer finger behind my fingernail. She got me as she was running away from my hand and it looked like she pole vaulted off of my finger !
felt like a hot splinter initially and then nothing. Much milder than a bee sting ( especially since I'm allergic to some )
Still it was stupid to get hit by any but atleast it was her. I try to be very respectful and aware of their capabilities but every once and again you see the unexpected strike... After it's too late
