Tyical for Leiurus spp.
All species of this genus have round about 40 each litter. Sometimes a bit more, but not often.
Leiurus hebraeus is in a range of 30, quinquestriatus mostly 50-55 and haenggii even if it is very big, 30-40 only.

Oh wow, that is awesome. I have actually got a gravid Leiurus quinquestriatus. I hope she will produce that many scorplings!

just tell the locals you're just looking for scorpions , no harm here carry on ... :)

I was not aware that this is the average size brood for these spp.
I realize that these are all potent spp. but I wonder what (if any) differences in the venom is between them all.
