Best camera for best shots of a T

Guess I'll opt for the Tamron then, I think VR is right for me.

Very cool shots, must've been a giant telelense if it has 800mm fl!
If you can get shots like your second one with the Tamron it'll be just right for me. But as I've learned from the comparison video, image quality isn't the issue in macro lenses.

The lens used for the fake macro is a 150-600 Tamron, at 500mm, but since I have a 7Dmk2 camera body you have to multiply the focal length by 1.6 due to the crop sensor.
