okay I got all you guys' advice. I guess the breeder didn't really know what he was doing because he gave me a lot of different information

honestly this really upsets because ive wanted to keep a T for a long time but this breeder sold me the blonde fore $80 when the average is $30 and also gave me wrong information. I thought i could trust a breeder at a convention of experts and im sad for the 100 tarantulas he still had

More like a dealer not a breeder. Nearly all chalcodes more than 2" are wildcaught not CB or CBB. A. chalcodes have notoriously slow metabolism, so do not need to be fed often at all....probably one of their negative attributes if you like feeding time. At that size if you feed too often or too much they may not only get unnaturally obese, but fast for almost a year after getting their fill.
