This weeks "battle" is between species of Poecilotheria. Sadly I couldn't fit all of them in, so included all of those I've seen available to buy.

I don't think metallica is overrated, but it is overpriced.

I can't stand P.metallica, not because it's a "fashion" Theraphosidae, just that i don't like that too much.

I say P.ornata, P.regalis, P.rufilata. I like those three... not like i love the entire Psalmopoeus genus, of course

Only pokies I have are regalis, striata, tigrinawesseli and hanumavillasumica.
$75 for 5 1" tigrinawesseli slings beats paying the same for 1 metallica. IMO.

Tigrinawesseli, Formosa, Regalis. This is not fair, ONLY 3 huh ? The ornata is one to really like as well because of the huge size compared to the other pokies.

I don't think metallica is overrated, but it is overpriced.

over rated in the sense that anyone new to the hobby... this is the spider they are going to have a million and one questions about. This T does steal the spot light from beautiful species. This is a gorgeous tarantula but not the only one. For someone who has never had experience with inverts and/or herps, it is not an entry species.

For the band... biggest band in the world and one of my favorites but, Fan Boys annoy me on a personal level. They don't believe there is music genres outside of metal. Of course that can be said about metal fans in general. I am speaking about the people not the cooling devices.
