Bad molt during shipping

I received a new T today which molted during shipping. The T seems fine, however looking at the molt it seems one of its legs got stuck. I know that Ts can do just fine without a leg or two and I'm keeping an eye on it just incase, however i was wondering if i should let the seller know? (Also if someone is able to sex the T from the pictures that would be greatly appreciated!)

Ts moult during shipping sometimes, but mostly they turn out okay.

I kind of doubt they'd give you a refund or anything, but if it's someone selling a bunch of slings, I'd let them know, if for no other reason than to keep an eye out before shipping the other possibly premolt slings.
