I have just ordered one of these good looking slings. This will be my first arboreal, albeit a 1cm sling right now and my first Avic. Can anyone provide me with any guidance on keeping this? Any info will be appreciated.

Thanks all

1 B albo juvie
1 B smithi juvie
and 1 L parahybana sling

Like you I have 4 on order and can't wait to get them, everything I have read, albeit limited says they can be kept like any Avicularia. Small slings can be kept in vials with a small amount of moist peat in the bottom with subsequent moves to larger and larger enclosures.

The big diffrence between these fellows and other avis has been how spirited they are in comparrison. They seem to be quick to flee and will jump to escape at every turn. These traits are in stark contrast to other avis.

Good luck with your new avi, hope to see pics soon.
