Audax group hybridization

Is it known if salticids within the P. audax species group can hybridize? I know that P. regius-otiosus hybrids are possible and recorded; as they’re in the P. otiosus species group.

From what I understand, YES. I read a paper on it several years ago.... Cannot cite it because again, several years ago. But I'll paraphrase. Hybridization can occur but only within groups. So..... An audax and workmani can, because they are both audax group, but an audax and a cardinalis cannot because they are not closely enough related with cardinalis being in the cardinalis group. But a cardinalis can with a clarus? Because clarus is in cardinalis group. With that being said, I've never tested this myself.... Seems weird anyway.
