How do I make them breed? I have a few females and males, hoping to raise the babies/get the females to gestate.

Provide lots of vertical bark and flat surfaces. Feed all female specimens very well to reduce cannibalism. And just let them do their thing... you can let them mate in a communal enclosure or pair them up in sperate enclosures

Like @ArachnoDrew said, with the proper set up they will do it on their own. Keep them well fed and hydrated (with real water, not gels or cubes).
