Arboreal tarantula enclosure

Hey everybody - so today i got this big enclosure for my Avicularia Avicularia and i need inspiration for its design. Could you send a picute with your enclosures for your aboreal tarantulas?:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

A.avic is a smaller species, so you don't really need a large enclosure anyway. Too much space makes it hard for it to find prey and also makes them feel more exposed.

Yeah i get that. but as i understand it - if i put it in a big enclosure then i can put some bark in there and give it less room inside the enclosure like this one

I suppose that could work. Just saying, I'd personally go with something a bit smaller.As long as you don't get anything bigger than a 10 gal it should be fine. We had a guy on here once who insisted his sub adult Rosie had to be kept in a 50 gal tank.
