very nicely laid out book, divided into sections on different arachnids.very nice pics throughout.would definitely be a great intro book to future arachnoculturists.
not very technical, but definitely worth the price tag, very easy to understand.

A great overview of Arachnida with detailed diagrams & fantastic photos. Although the feel of the book is "coffee table", the information is not at all dumbed down as past books on the subject have proven to be. Great anatomical references & lifestyle descriptions without being obtuse. If we weren't in a budget crunch, I would throw out a lot of our library system's junk & get 10 copies of this to replace them. Excellent quick reference source.

Just got it. I must say, it's good written and has great photos in it, I specially loved the anatomy photos which were quite unique in some cases. absolutely worth the price.
