Any way to catch a grass spider while in its funnel

    I went outside and waited for 2 hours next to those webs and saw nothing yesterday I saw 3 I'm covered in deet I destroyed one of there webs today and 2 yesterday all on accident my neck burns from deet and I gotta rehouse a T somehow without getting deet in its enclosure I almost passed out from blood rushing to my head after being hunched over for like 20 minutes someone please just TELL ME HOW TO GET THOSE STUPID THINGS OUT OF THERE FUNNEL

    There's one I saw that seems to lead to ground level I'm thinking I dig under it with a trowel and pull the thing right outta there

    Bait them with prey. When they run out, block off the burrow.

    As a kid catching Eratigena, I used to do that and scoop them out of their webs with my hand before they were able to retreat.

    You can use a piece of grass to lure them out. Why do you want to catch them?
