So I did some research... the white spider is a cellar spider... but with FUNGUS growing on it!

Yes, I saw the same thing in the basement of a abandoned house. Looks creepy as hell.

I'm not sure its fungus as it looks like webbing? There are about 6 dotted bout my shed,creepy as hell

It's definitely fungus. I saw it where it was super damp and the fungus not only coated the spider but the spiders web, old molts and old prey items.
