Am I a boehmei or a baumgarteni ?

B. boehmei imo. Just a guess I mostly keep OW's. Since baumgarteni might even be a hybrid species could be either then I suppose?

i wouldnt be so sure its a boehmei...the carapace is not ALWAYS clear cut triangle on the baumgarteni...we had this debate awhile ago at work and it ended up being discussed as such. im going against the grain with my novice experience and saying B. baumgarteni.

DNA analysis revealed that B. baumgarteni is not a hybrid species.

The spider on Dev's picture looks like B. boehmei to me though.

I don't see a flash stripe on the metatarsus ether so I say boehmei as well.
