Hope it's okay to post slings here. 1/4" A. brocklehursti. This one is very hungry! My camera can't focus too well through the plastic, but it's noshing on a cricket. :)

Hello people

I found this little adult male in my backyard

I think is an Acanthoscurria, but not Id the specie

some one have a clue?

I will release him tomorrow

No idea, but pretty cool. I don't think Acanthoscurria is a bad guess based on photo and location though.

What else do you find ? Please share :)

I live in Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul, Esteio

I dont found range data to none Theraphosidae sp. in my city or near...

but to my state have Grammostola, Eupalaestrus, Acanthoscurria, some one else? I dont remember...

Its @Caseyface fault..........she has been twisting my arm.:eek:

Awwww! Look at you, @Jacko65! This little guy is absolutely gorgeous! I don't think I'd be able to pass it up, either. :) My little A. genic is still very little.

Well you were right it is an addictive hobby/passion. Another little bundle of joy arriving tomorrow Brachypelma boehmei sling. I'm really looking forward to watching this one mature into an adult with them fantastic colours. My collection will be up to four then.... a long way to go to catch you up but I'm having a go lol.;) Will post a pic when it arrives.:happy:
