A sp new river

Hi all.

Right what can any one tell me about this sp and what max size do they get to?
All and any info most welcome and pics if you have any so I know what one looks like... I never trust the net too much.

I know they are VERY slow growing. Not sure about the size but about average I would think, maybe around 5". Like I said, not positive on that one. I know they aren't super huge, but aren't dwarfs either. Very nice looking T. Personally if I were going to get one, I would just go ahead and get an adult, or something close to being an adult. They aren't that expensive and I wouldn't want to have a 1/4" sling for 3 years and it only be 1" LOL

I have a 3.5" new river it's a great T. It never hides and has never shown any defensive traits.Great beginner T. In my care (nearly two years) it has only molted once so yeah slow grower.
