A few firsts

Today, while strolling through the plant/pet market...to my surprise...i came across a 1 inch OBT sling. This is my first OBT, my first sling and my first African spider. It cost me 80 rmb (about 12 usd). I'm really excited and have been reading up on sling care. I'll keep you posted on molts, growth rates, etc.

I awoke to a surprise this morning.

I awoke to a surprise this morning. My OBT sling had molted. It now has a little bit bigger than a US quarter sized legspan. It's also made a tube web along the side, above the substrate.
