5" Braxilian White-Knee is supposed to be nervous and quick to bite, but they may have a bad rap.

I was also told they are arboreal and catch birds. NOT. Well I don't know about the birds.

Mine is calm when picked up and does not even flick hairs. Even my Mexican Red-Knee wasn't all that mellow; he flicked a lot. I was told the Brazilians have huge fangs, and the stab wounds are worse than the envenomation. I was half terrified when I got him onto my hand the first time. I figured at any second we would strike. The antipicitation was intense. But all he did was slowly wander around on my hand and arm. This is great news for me. Maybe these T's have a bad rap. But I don't take this as license to handle him a lot.
