After many years of keeping tarantulas I bought a desert hair scorp and really enjoy it. For those of you with experience with these, how do you like to have a nice looking set up for them. Thank you for your opinions and time.

2 yrs ago I purchased a group of P. Irmina slings from 3 different people. Now that they have some size on them I have noticed the orange/red color's vary from soft pink to bight orange. In your opinion is this just a trait of the parents or could it be a locality issue?

I feed her very well before the introduction, she was not aggressive at all until he inserted for a few seconds.

All was going well and normal when put the pair of Versicolor together, then ZAMMM:eek: ! He only had a moment of insertion and she nailed him...will see what happens.
