One of the oldest T's I have is one I purchased as Grammostola sp. formosa. Recently, I tried to look up new information on this species and there seems to be nothing after 2013. What happened to this species in the hobby? Did it get reclassified?

This happened at Aquatic Critter in Nashville, Tennessee.

I never thought it would happen, but we managed to breed A. fracki at work. There was a pair we had a while back we left together for a night. Three months later, we noticed the female carrying a sac. The sac opened Sunday morning and 77 slings were born!

I've got one juvie that I'm hoping is female that is about a year old. I don't how much it was because it was a birthday gift.

Nice pics! Most of my gargoyles took 18-24 months to get to maturity and continued to grow slowly for a few more years. It seems like they stop growing at 5-6 inches snout to vent. Funny thing is, I was told mine were small for gargoyles!

My LPS is actually great about ID'ing the T's. However, sometimes they just can't ID an unlabeled sling and offer it up at a massive discount to their regulars. Given I've picked up a Grand Canyon Black for $5 this way, I'm not complaining:wicked:

This show should really be cancelled. I saw the reptile one and ended up furious over it! They really like to call anyone, even people with just a couple animals, "hoarders".

This is mostly a "just out of curiosity" question, but I was wondering how many morphs are there of S. heros? Also, if you have pics of the morphs, please don't hesitate to post them!
