    Missing/Escaped Ball Python

    Some folks say to put out a basking light about 2 feet from the floor, and perhaps its hide.. Or put it near a place where it could feel safe. Check in the area around 3 am in the morning and you may find him there basking.. They tend to be nocturnal. Carol

    OBT's have dots on their butts not stripes. Stripes are more Haploma Spcs. If you don't want to see it, as it will burrow, get it. If you are not a beginner keeper...they are aggressive, get it. If you aren't sure... DON"T get it. JMHO

    First snake?

    Please please read up on any information on any snake you think you might want. DO not listen to pet stores.. Ball Pythons are NOT good beginner snakes. They do require a specific type of husbandry. I have rescued 8 ball pythons in every type of situation, not one of them correct to date...
