The leg damage is almost 100% from pacing in search of a better home. When they are unhappy they walk and walk and walk and if u cant get anywhere.. climb and if u climb u can fall and break a leg. I've had that happen when I started with my blondi.

Nice pictures but if I were you I'd try getting a lightsource pointing at the tarantula from the side of the cameraposition so you dont get a dark front pic and light backpic I hope you understand what I mean. /Peace Dennis

Here's something out of the ordinary, my G. rosea came to drink as I was putting the waterbowl down... very cool she started drinking even before I had put it down it was like she knew water was coming. :)
