    I'm no expert on spiderlings, especially with true spiders, but.. that would appear at first... to be a Latrodectus spiderling of some sort... or a species of widow spider. But many spiders look similar to widows, so it's really hard to say.

    Little spider - but pain full

    it could be a bite from a wolf spider species..... some are known to cause severe necropsy(sp?) and there is no known "cure" or anti-venon. Only way to stop the spread of death is to amputate the area or apendage.
