I'm no expert on spiderlings, especially with true spiders, but.. that would appear at first... to be a Latrodectus spiderling of some sort... or a species of widow spider. But many spiders look similar to widows, so it's really hard to say.
Most if not all tarantula species need very little space to live, breath, eat, and..... poo... Although, it would be great if the poo wasn't near them, but w/e. They dont have the need to move about, they don't get cramps, nor do they get annoyed that they can't move around. A 7" spider...
but i have a question.... I dont have any hotglue, but was wondering if i can use an acrylic cement to attach them to the place i want to attach them.. There is plenty of air flow so it should be ok, but i want your advice first!!:worship:

well obviously you were in the hobby for the wrong reasons, or i guess they were just your own reasons....they doffinately arent dogs or cats, but still can be just as enjoyable...Sorry that your leaving...i am sure the bug will bite you again....so to speak..
it could be a bite from a wolf spider species..... some are known to cause severe necropsy(sp?) and there is no known "cure" or anti-venon. Only way to stop the spread of death is to amputate the area or apendage.
