This is just an all around difficult situation.

His owner is just ignorant.... after I told him that he needed a UVB bulb he ran out and got one the very next day.

I supposed I was just being cheap and lazy.... assuming that there is not much that a vet can do that won't be ridiculously expensive. But I need to do the right thing here. I will get him to a vet one way or another and assess what can be done.

Always place the T's in hard, well ventilated, containers with tons of paper towels on the inside. Ziplock makes some twist tops that are good for this. The containers should be hard enough to protect the T if the package is crushed.

You will want to make sure your T room doesn't go below 70 degrees. I don't think peat moss would be good for terrarium plants unless you use a fertilizer stick also you will probably want to get some sort of grow light. I would suggest using pothos.

If it is a parasite I would put her out of her misery. Minimizing her suffering is much more important then IDing the parasite.

Both specimens have molted within the past month so I don't think there will be problems there. Okay I will use the wet paper towel/TP method. I will most likely be shipping monday or tuesday.
