Oh yes it does that sits at front of hide (Claws open), But instead of ambushing he moves out the way if the cricket takes a shortcut through his dwelling... Maybe he don't like blood? Gav.

My dune scorps let crickets walk through their open pincer without attempting to catch/eat them. My scorps preffer to back up if they come into contact with one... Their size (Scorps) are i would guess an inch and a half from tip of claw to stinger. Could it be that they are aware of the...
