Pacman frogs are better for handling than other frogs in regards to their safety. Their skin is much less sensitive and they can be handled infrequently. I handled mine once a month or so to show friends and was never bitten. I know a lot of people will say you can't handle any amphibian, but...

Yeah, pollen could be really beneficial to them. If you try it post on here to tell us how it went :)

While pollen may be an adequate substitute for proteins, I think that it's only fair to the ants to allow them to replicate their natural behavior... I would think that the ants would be fine with the pollen but would much rather feed them what they would eat in the wild, as they're being taken...

Yeah, I use regular bulbs too. I guess I'll try to go for a UTH, it was on a thermostat, but if it really is the best option...

Still, no matter how experienced, having an animal that close to being able to bite you on purpose is kinda stupid. Even if it is pretty cool o.O

Just moved my leos from a 20 gal wide to a 30 gal long breeder. Finally saved the money to do it (had a leo tank fund) and just set it up, but there's a problem: I put in a 60w pure heat bulb on one side of the tank, and the temps are 93-95 with 37% humidity. I read that it has to be 86-90...
