    Jon bought 5 adult female tarantulas from me and drove over 6 hours I believe to get them. Great communication throughout the whole transaction. He was on time and very polite. Also quite knowledgeable and helped identify the sex of a few Tarantulas I had. Would do business with him again anytime.

    I use to have a female, she was super docile and very curious, would always walk on to my hand when I opened her enclosure. sure do miss her.

    check your local craigslist for some, I always seem to find good deals around me for pennies sometimes even free.

    I would imagine as with most species, the males would appear the same color as the female until their ultimate molt.

    if you want something a little more easy to keep and more hardy than an avic sp. I would recommend a p.irminia or p.cambridgei, both grow fast and have some striking colors.

    Transporting tarantulas

    They should be fine in they're enclosures, 3 days isnt that long, just be careful of hard breaking or fast turns and it will be fine.

    E.campestratus finally molted!

    I have a large female that molts about once every 2 years. Ive had her for about 4 years now and have gotten 2 molts out of her. Shes one of my favorites, never kicked any hairs and super docile.

    one of my top 5 favorite T's for sure and man do they grow fast. I currently have 3 and hope to breed them someday. the colors are so vibrant after a molt.

    Who's your grumpiest t?

    my female A. Geniculata is the grumpiest T I have, she once rushed up my tongs asi was cleaning her enclosure and almost tagged me, scared me really bad lol

    I always rehouse my old world T's in the bathtub with a catch cup on hand, I think the worst is my H.mac she is lightening fast!
