    Good beginner milipede?

OOOOooooooh, are there any that are handleable? Lily sees and understands that they have fangs like a tarantula. We have 11 Ts, and only handle like 2 of them rarely... we are ok with look but don't touch but probably want the first one (lol) to be docile I guess. What do you think? She...

    Good beginner milipede?

She likes the things that look like your avatar. ---------- Post added 07-31-2012 at 05:11 PM ---------- OK, so we just looked at youtube, and she like CENTIPEDES... not millipedes, OOPS! So... what would be a great beginner CENTIPEDE that is both large and also can be handled. LoLz, sorry...

    Terrarium Plants for Purchase

I would love to trade, I don't really have seeds of anything houseplant-wise, but I do have lots of things that propagate from cuttings. Are you in the US? ---------- Post added 07-31-2012 at 04:54 PM ---------- Also, I just made 10 vid clips of my tropical houseplant collection and will put...

    Neon Pothos from Lowe's

Most pesticides have a pretty quick half-life and lose their effectiveness after a couple weeks at most.

Epipremnum, Philodendron, or none of the above?

Nice looking Pothos! The leaves stay green in dim light like you described, also your cutting looks great and two nodes below the water is perfect!

    Terrarium Plants for Purchase

LoLz, Benzo48 I think my estimate on my houseplant collection is a little low... I just realized that I have over 50 pots of miniature Wandering Jew so my collection is probably closer to 300+++. Dr. Acula I am working on cloning a bunch of Pothos so I will keep you posted. Right now the ones I...

    Good beginner milipede?

I tried to get her to hold a one of those last month, they have really cool black and yellow ones everywhere down there, but she was kind of scared of it. She did handle one eventually and said it tickled, but she really likes millipedes better. Maybe I am calling what she whats the wrong name...

    Good beginner milipede?

Hiya, My daughter has requested that Santa bring her a giant milipede for Christmas this year, and Santa was wondering what is a good beginner choice and also how do you care for a milipede. Santa brought her a Tarantula last year which my daughter loves and takes great care of. We have 11...

    insecticide chalk

I do the same thing, my daughter considers all the house spiders our pets (as well as all the milipedes and rolli-pollis outside). The spiders are great exteriminators and set up in all the perfect places to catch annoying bugs. I personally hate pesticides and insecticides and only use them in...

    Why my Grandma is awesome

Awesome! My Mom grew up in a family that bred harness race horses, and through out my life she has bred many things. The first thing she tried was fish when I was really little, all I remember was we ended up with like ten empty tanks and one really FAT fish that ate all the others. Then came...
