I'm trying to figure out what these solifugids are. I've seen a couple of general caresheets for them but can it be applied to all 3 of them? if anyone has any tips or additional info on them, I'll be really grateful for them.

and ID for this spidey too if possible :)...
hamster food's not recommended. I personally mix my own rat food. some of the hamster grains, some oat and yogurt cereal, rice, dry pasta, fresh veggies, mealworms, crickets, dry oats, fried soy beans...
congrats on the new rattie! I just got myself one too. Rescued actually... he was seconds away to being fed to a ball python. i'm yet to get him a friend but I'm having trouble finding a rat for him... breeders refuse to sell me feeders as pets. they wanna sell me the pet rats for 10 times the...
don't worry. P murinus can choose to either burrow or be arboreal. it's normal :) I'd personally prefer a burrowing P murinus.. makes it easier to open the container...
bad bad time to get mites. took her out for inspection... sealed two small wounds. cleaned up the mites. put her in a bigger ICU. She did web the "operation theater" so I'm taking tht as a good sign. but *sigh* it's still so heart breaking to see her like this.
sigh.. it really doesn't look good... opened the container.. some kind of ordour... gonna replace the tissue in the ICU later and check again for anymore bleeding. 2 legs immobilised.. one leg in semi death curl.
yeah.. there's a full water dish in there. I just checked with a Q tip... no more bleeding. but one of the legs seem broken and a few more of the hind legs are immobilised... the wound was at the joint between the abdomen and the carapace.. so the hardened super glue kinda got on the legs as...
I've put on super glue and the bleeding has apparently stopped... but still unsure. dunno where else it's bleeding from. just closed up the main wound.
and i've checked the enclosure... can't think of how it'd just get stabbed.. no sharp edges... it's always on the low side of the branch...
My first was a H spinifer. Second are M martensii.
And I know very very little about species of scorps so yeah... :) I'd just agree with above, anything below potency level 3. But it's also important to make their requirements a factor. whether u want a rock or rainforest or desert dwelling...
17 hours in ICU. She's still thriving. No death curl but still rather sluggish. Can't be sure if there's still bleeding. Sigh.
How does the bleeding thing in tarantula actually work. can they bleed non stop to death as long as it takes even though the opening is small? I figured they won't get...
now it's in a container with damp tissue underneath... and container placed on top of the modem (with a pot holder beneath in case it's too warm). nothing else in the house is warm enough (I have a weird fridge tht doesn't have a warm top...)
so, I should put a water dish in there?
so far so...
i went for a holiday in singapore for 3 days when i came back this is what happened to my GBB. i did not leave any cricket in the terrarium nor any meal worms. when i came back i checked its bleeding. i cleaned the wound with a tissue, its still lively & moving fast. but there seem to be small...
