First off, take away the heat lamp ASAP. They don't need it and it will kill it. As long as your room is 'room temperature it will be fine. If its not.. then I'd go with a space heater or if all else fails a heat mat on the back of the tank but these are frowned upon. Also, the T at that size...

About 3-4 weeks now. She webbed a little bit.. but when she walked on it it broke and eventually disapeared. She sits on her stump most of the time. I added a vine in there hoping she'd love it and web the crap out of it but no dice.

Don't look in pet stores, the red lights they will have will be infared heat lamps. I think Lowe's or Walmart will probably be your best bet.
