I have 5 anax and 1 hentzi. To me the anax is darker black and the hentzi is brown. I stopped a long time ago trying to figure out what are the differences beside the colors and if they are two different species or if they are the same species.

I might be getting a new shelf in a few days. Currently I keep my Crested gecko on a table and across the room I keep my tarantulas and a couple of scorpoins. My question is would it be a problem to put the T's and gecko on the same shelf?

I would say get a A hentzi.

Never heard of using cinnamon. Thanks for the info. I could probally make a moat using a baking pan by filling it with water and the placing the cage in the middle.
