Moist substrate, high-ish humidity etc. vertical places to hide (they sometimes like to be upside down, too.) warm temps. bugs to eat. happy whip scorp!

I was mainly thinking about mites and what not that could do damage to the bugs, I've heard of people putting it in the freezer for a while, i'm sure that would get rid of anything that I don't want.

looks good. i'm sure they're happy. but for your convenience, i'd buy some coco fiber. It holds moisture and you don't have to change it out, plus they can burrow in it.
