    make sure female is well fed, them introduce her to males enclosure. Its best if there is a small potted plant or something they can meet on. After copulation she will most likely still eat the male but that is natural.

    Grow American pitcher plants. The Cotinis mutabilis seems to be very attracted to them as I find them all around my plants every day during summer.
