    Tarantula for a six year old

    I really dont recommended tarantulas for kids unless adult supervision on handling. Ts should be considered skittish and defensive at times.

    agree lol I have 2 baby Ts a brachypelma smithi and a Aphonopelma hentzi. The smithi does not like medium crickets but the small ones and the hentzi likes the medium crickets lol its just what they feel like eating its like eating a full large pizza thats too big for you so your not gonna eat it...

    Not against them but i would not keep a Brachypelma albopilosa,Brachypelma vagans,Grammostola rosea they are boring to me.

    I got a baby Aphonopelma hentzi from an expo i got it for $10. Its pretty skittish not defensive but moves fast you think its ok to handle? Will it be like this as a adult?
