No I dont do it. Not even pinkys, (would make me feel bad....) but how many of you have actually had one of your animals get hurt or die as a result of a rodent fighting back?
Ahem....yes....
Well i am no where near the experts most of you are on this stuff, but I do know a great deal about combat, and what I saw was one animal very willing to fight, and one animal NOT very willing to fight. I did not once see the blondi actually "bite." Just a guess, but I would...
So would a pede, or most of the other things we talk about on here. But they cant. Leopards can, maybe you should go out and get one and feed it to your animals.
Hopefully....
Hopefully that is what they are. I will not be able to get a clear picture at this time, but I will try anyway. These things are about a half inch long, and very thin. Grub like body with a black head. They may be even smaller than that. I have seen no moths around the house...
I have discovered small white things that look like thin grubs with a white body and a black head living in with my Orange Head Roaches. They build grey shelters which appear to be constructed of silk and (frass?) I can not get a picture at this time, but I would really appreciate any advice as...
Yes I saw something like this the other day when I changed my Orange Head’s food. They were like a combination between a grub, and a maggot, and they were living under the food bowl. Is it something I need to take care of?
All three of mine take pre-killed roaches as long as they are hungry, and I drop the food item right near, or almost on top of them. I do not feed mice though (I know I am a wuss.) I do feed small frogs ocasionally, and they seem to really like those. I have never tried fruit before, but that...
This is a good question. Not to assume you don't know this.... Also; there is a pet store near my house that states they are "experts" in exotic animals like T's excetera, but the care thay give is a joke. I rutinely see dead spiders in there displays.
Yes, a colony is a group of roaches that can be fed to your pets, but replenishes itself through breeding. The diet depends on what type of roach you are feeding. You should check in the insect section of the boards for more info.
I just received a fantastic shipment from John Apple, and he threw in a tiny little Euscorpius Flavicaudis as an extremely cool freebie. I am really excited about having the animal, but I have never had a tiny little scorp like this before, and I know nothing about that species of scorpion. If...
I would also recommend using the search function. As far as infestation goes, this is a non pestiferous species, and do not colonize homes, which is one of the reasons they are so popular.
