Hi. Just joined today looking for some info on a centipede I found earlier. Posted pics up in another thread. I really want to get my thread noticed cause I AM FREAKED OUT and I would like to know what I'm dealing with!!!

My husband had a deer tick embedded on his belt line today. The area was already swollen, red, itchy, & hot when he noticed it. It had only been there for around 30 minutes to 1 hour. My paramedic instincts have me on high alert!!! How are you doing after this bite?
