What have you found best for giving your 'pods? ( On top of the usual leaves and wood )
Some favourites that I've found are
- Shed snake skin
- Lobster and shrimp shells
- Pre killed crickets ( Dairy cows are monsters for this! )
- Starchy vegetables like potatoes, parsnips and pumpkin
- Chiclid...
I keep pink spring tails on soaked coco fibre, I just give them a pinch of breadmakers yeast ( comes in convenient little pellet shapes ) every other week or so. I find they multiply faster if you neglect them a bit lol, just make sure it's wet but the coco is tall enough for them to escape from...

I have her on 2" substrate and a water bowl that I overflow and give a light mist every week. I have some moss mixed in with the substrate to help hold the humidity. I thought to keep N. chromatus in a tropical environment as well but I could be wrong.
Thank you everyone for your super fast responses! The supplier apologized and offered to exchange but said it was probably in my best interest to keep her as they typically fetch a bit more lol

There was a molt in the container when I brought her home so I don’t think she is in pre molt but I can’t find any n. Chromatus pictures that look like her

She sounds so chill! I was to scared to ever bring mine out of hiding in hopes that she could learn to at least tolerate them lol
