I love this breed, I think three babies at first and it turned into a I have too many in the course of a year lol. I actually wish I have a few or even one now would love to start up a colony again. No cannibalism that I witnessed very awesome communal species

This is my source for the OBT. Take it with a grain of salt. My 2nd T was either a Cobalt Blue or a OBT, I honestly don't remember, but my first T was a Avic versi.
Some common sense goes a long ways when dealing...
he was paired twice with the first loan and twice with the second loan.
no sac from the 1st loan yet thought it has been 3 months and the 2nd loan the female 'molted'

Ive seen him make one sperm web and it was the day before...
well hes in the mail to get shipped out for his 3rd loan and will be paired up with 2 females. when I get him back and he is still willing I will try to breed with my female and then retire him.
is that not normal for them to make it past 1 or 2 breeding attempts?
I got a GBB that molted last July, and he is on his 3rd loan as of now. I just wanted to know how long I should be able to loan/breed him out until he gets 'too old' and ready for retirement?
Thanks
they play dead a lot.
Keep half of the sub moist other half dry it will go from side to side, but it mainly just hides under pieces of wood.
if you treat all scorpions the same IE dont pet them, then you are essentially ready for any kind of scorpion.
no shes dead she had to have died a few days ago at least, mites are all around her body :-/ (no mites were not there beforehand this was a new bigger container since she grew out of her other one)
she was about 3.5 inches maybe but the flap was clear as day on the molt
I saw that it was molting a few days ago and checked it today, it was in its death curl position.
I check the molt and its a female.
Man im pissed :(
Sorry had to rant.
Thanks. That is where I found the 1st one, but I do check there everyday though.
My office/room is typically hot and dark, I think this weekend I am cleaning out all closets, otherwise I am not sure where else it could be :-/
both adults its all i have left
i set some moist towels in some areas
ill keep looking but i havent seen anything at all
i have turned off all the lights and walked around with a black light with fresh batteries i havent seen anything :(
i set some wet towels in dark areas ill check them throughout
well i took it apart now i had cabinet top that opened up on it as well.
i think i might have caused the collapse tunnel as i moved the logs and i would think everyone moved out then i put the log down and yeah
its a tall tank too...
right
I guess instead of heat lamps to weigh down the lid I should get a pad lock of some sort..
its an easy foot and then some from ground to lid thought the lid would be enough
Thanks.
I am pretty sure it is still in the house as we open and shut our doors right away when coming and going (we have two puppies that like to run outside when the door is open) and I would have seen it if it was near the door lol
I was thinking the same thing put some towels in dark areas...
