Haha it's pretty awesome. If I remember correctly I got her for a great price from a guy on this forum. When she molts it's ridiculous, she's bright pink. Definitely stunning in person.

What're the names of the pictures?
Right. If you check it out in person, my brown plain rose hair Maryjane (Who just reached her ultimate molt ;) ) doesn't have anywhere near the same color as the sp. concepcion
I've seen a few dozen posts about them, but they're usually misidentified. They look nothing like the spider featured in the link or the spider I own

As far as color is concerned, anyway :p
You're totally right. I find it hard to take a great picture of her colors with my crappy phone.. But I managed to find a link to a couple photos that look surprisingly similar to the G concepcion I have.

Oh yeah, forgot to post it, haha...
Mine would stop eating, web a little more, and pretty much just hang out until it was ready to molt. Then it created a large hammock type deal and molted.
Some guy on Youtube named Jon or something has a hybrid spider he featured on a video I watched recently. I'm sure he would reply if you asked him, he seems pretty knowledgeable.

I suppose I should add that his videos are ridiculously...
I've used to search function (which you can, as well) to look up photos of a G. sp. concepcion and most, if not all, of the pictures I've found look completely different than mine. Mine is pink, it has pink hairs and they're super vibrant after she molts. And I own a G. Rosea, so I know it's not...
My rosehair Maryjane has been making quite the extensive burrow. I was wondering if anyone has had their T do anything quite like this
I dunno if you can exactly see how it's looking, but hopefully you can haha.
It kinda looks like a shelf that she made. She's been moving quite a bit of...
Yeah, I would definitely use like a heated up needle to make tiny pinholes in the sides of your container for more airflow and then I would mist the top of the lid and drip a few drops down the sides of the container for humidity... I had an avic avic die because I neglected to pay attention to...
They'll typically molt about 1 time a month at that size, as it grows, it'll obviously take longer. Anyways, just try and feed it one every week or two and it'll be alright. Pretty convenient when you can be like "wow I've been so busy that I haven't had time to check on my tarantulas" and know...
Throw that sucker a Gatorade!
On the real, though. I would prolly never use anything but water. It's worked for me a couple times, must be doing something right. And as far as the cricket gel idea, I don't even believe that tarantulas are capable of eating the gel. Could be wrong, though
Well it was more like 80 - 92 in the summer and like 68 - 80 degrees in the wintertime. The description about feeding was pretty much to inform that it's well fed lol
Was debating whether or not this was worth making a thread about, but oh well here goes...
K so my Gbb's molt record is as follows
7/20/2012
6/10/2012
3/23/2012
9/13/2011
8/9/2011
^7/16/2011
This sucker's at a whopping 1.5 inches right now! Wowzers what a crazy big spider after...
